citizen and citizen of
humanity are the new reality. Issues today are multidimensional
and often are relevant to demographic groups that cross nation-state
borders. In this instance a given nation-states political system is
no longer capable of representing the will of the people.

the US where corporate donations to political campaigns are no longer
limited, representation of the individual is dwarfed by corporate
interests and bottom lines.
